Why we chose this home to live in, what we like about the area The home is located in Timber Creek Estates, Blue River, a small enclave of higher end homes located an easy, and short 8 minute drive in to the town of Breckenridge. It’s a peaceful subdivision that offers large lots, paved roads, a shared well water district, county sewer, and quality building. We greatly appreciate the people who live here, who care for their homes and yards, as well as the visiting Moose, Elk, Bears, and Fox we see frequently.
